  B. Reservations that have this cancellation policy must be cancelled through the customer area.

  Prepayment
  In order to confirm and guaranty your reservation, it is necessary to make an online or fund transfer payment to our Bank Account. Complete refund if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival. After this time, the prepayment will not be refunded.
